SE Michigan - Foundation Inspector

I'm wondering if anyone from SE MI can recommend a home inspector that is also a structural engineer or foundation expert. I'm looking at a home that has previous repairs, but also still has issues. I want to get an idea if this will continue to get worse, or if repaired (inexpensively) will be just fine.
