Hard money
Joshua, I see constant posts by investors looking for Hard Money. I've also seen posts by people interested in lending private/hard money but don't know how. It would be a huge help to members if bigger pockets could somehow facilitate getting the mortgagor and mortgagee together. Is this feasible or is there to many legal issues involved. Jim
