Site issue with making profile pics HUGE

I've had this going on for awhile now. After I scroll down past the first "page" of recent posts it super sizes the profile pics of everyone. Making it pretty much unusable. I have to refresh the page and try again. I'm using the latest version of Chrome on a Windows desktop.
