Webinar won't work for me-

Hey BP I'm Looking for a little guidance- I have tried to listen to the Webinar the last 3 Wednesdays and when I log in the screen always says waiting for presenter to log in. (Which never happens)

Are the webinars blocked to a certain number of people? 

Or is there just an issue with the link?
