Me and my wife are wholesalers and have rental properties and my wife is a real estate agent. My question is our company name has the word "real estate" in it. I wanted to know if there is anything that can get her in trouble by being associated with our company and also being a part of a broker. I'm not a broker at all. But we are property wholesalers and buy rental properties. She has a license because she enjoys showing and selling homes also. Do we need to change our name or maybe add "Investments" in front of the Real Estate part?
