Podcast guest from Washington State(King and thurston?)

Im trying to remember what his name was from the podcast. He was a hispanic guy that ran a property management/brokerage company here In western Washington, I believe in king and thurston counties. I cant remember his name or the name of his company though! Anyone have any ideas on who it was?
