Does bigger pockets lend? Never used before

Posted
So I’m about to take a contract overseas making 200K. My living expenses and food will all be paid for. The downside. Afghanistan is hot. Every three months I’ll have 30k in the bank. I want to buy properties less than 50k, with a 25% down payment. The lenders ive spoken with might finance a loan for let’s say 250k that acts as a credit card. And then I can buy multiple homes. Kind of like a HELOC. But my fear is that living in Afghanistan it may be hard to find lenders and close deals quick. I was turned onto bigger pockets via YouTube. But I don’t really know where to start. My goal is to buy 8-12 properties with tenants occupied for under 60k every year and do this for 3-5 years and then “ retire”.
