What order are colleagues listed in?

Is there any method to the madness regarding the way our colleagues are sorted? I have about 4 or 5 pages of them and trying to find one is getting like a search for a needle in a haystack, or in modern parlance, locating a 4-byte string in a 4k cluster of data without a search function. :mrgreen:
