I enjoyed the podcast, and got some nice tips and motivation out of it. A lot of success from the podcast guests lately seem to be a product of direct mail, or syndication. 

At one point in this podcasts they mentioned the multiple benefits of seller financing. I think I sort of "get" how seller financing works and I would like to learn more about the benefits of seller financing in terms of the tax benefits for the seller so that I can add this tool to my toolbox! Does anyone have a sugesstion for a good resource to read or listen to on the specific benefits of seller financing?

I was really interested in hearing about his marketing strategy. I always thought I could get away with spending a couple hundred dollars on Adwords, but after he mentioned he spent upwards of 30k, it put my strategy in perspective.
