@Katie Miller I’ve almost completed one of the biggest goals I had set for 2020 but here the goals that I have set out for myself.
1.) Double my purchasing from the prior year “the stack”
2.) Raise $250k from accredited investors (almost completed!!!)
3.) Be a MENTEE for anything but would prefer mindset. Does anyone wanna mentor me??
4.) Be a MENTOR for 1 RE beginner.
Great answers on this string!

Hello Katie!! My name is Francis Nasser I’m 22 years old and for this 2020 i’m aiming to have my first flipping deal by March 15!! It’s important to set specific goals so that I have something to look forward to every day. I’ve been putting it off for about a year now but it’s time to become active. Wish me luck, and If you have any helpful advice i’d really appreciate it!
Thank you!!

My goal is to buy my first investment property in 2020. I am looking to invest in the Indianapolis market, or do a house hack in Westchester County (NY).
I have been part of the BP community for the last couple of months which helped me gain some knowledge about RE investing.

Hi @Matt Santillanes , how are you? Have you thought about house hacking or investing out of state? I am from NY where the market is pretty similar to CA. I am looking to invest in my first investment property in Indianapolis or do a house hacking in NY.

1.Work with Real estate Investors and other Agents and partner on deals...
As a young Investor (26) I may not have all the capital to fund or finance deals but I’m 1000% percent willing to learn from investors in my market (Westchester) (New Rochelle).
2. Buy my first multi family house in NY! Following the ( BRRRR Model) thanks to David Greene and his wonderful book that Has been my new readings.
3. Property Manager for people that need help and don’t have the time to manage a property in NYC, lower Westchester and upper Westchester area.

RE Goal:
6-8 SOLID properties. I closed on one on Thursday! good start.
Personal Finance goal:
Less stress on saving. I realized my investing and attempt to live an extra frugal life has been giving too much stress to my family. While being frugal is great and important, you need to have a fine balance between happiness of your family and investment, and at the end of the day, you are investing for your family's happiness.
Personal Goal:
make it to gym 2-3 times a week. so far i've been meeting this, but only twice a week. I'm gonna try to make three!

My goal is to have my first vacation rental property, rather than keep buying the traditional single family hold.
This way I can spend some time vacationing in my own investment 🔥
