How do I find investors interested in a hard money loan? I'm the trustee of a trust that owns a property in Endicott New York. I want to borrow to pay property taxes, back bills etc. The property was recently appraised at $240,000 and I would like to borrow 40-50% of its value. Is there a way to solicit such investors through BiggerPockets?
