Finding Residential Lots for New Construction

I am an investor in single family homes both rentals and flippers. I would like to begin building starter homes in my area soon. These homes will range from 1800 to 2200 square feet, will be built on slabs and sell for around $250,000 to $325,000.

Any suggestions on how to go about finding residential lots would be appreciated?  Should I use a realtor, should I use multiple realtors or should I be driving neighborhoods and contacting owners of vacant land?
