Crowd Funding for MHP Deals

Hello Everyone,

New to the BP site, been lurking for a few months now and then, but it seems to be worth a more active approach.

Question for the forum, and it could have been asked before. Has anyone been able to tap into any crowd funding opportunities to help purchase MHP's, or even individual homes? This is not my primary approach to what I am trying to do, but glad to hear for knowledge sake. I am thinking about this as a way to amplify the funds I have to help get into a park with more pads for example.
