Investing in Poland, Indiana

I am looking to connect with some investors currently investing in Poland, Indiana or the surrounding area. I have a property under contract and looking to move it quick to the right investor, but I need some local investors.

Okay so you have a home you're looking to wholesale in a county with 3,000 people?  

My recommendation is that you do some advertising for towns like Indianapolis and Terre Haute, which are the larger metro areas within an hour away of this super ultra tiny unincorporated place called "Poland."

Newspaper, craigslist, bandit signs, whatever it takes.  You're not going to find someone in Poland - population 10.  The Title of this Post should be "Looking for Investors in Indianapolis, IN" and you might get more responses.
