Hello Everyone

I am purchasing my 1st MHP and am asking for some help on some questions i could ask before I close on the deal. It is a small park with 10 units in Boise, ID. Thank you all for your help.

There are literally thousands of questions you should be asking, and we cannot guess what you need to know.  You need at least 30 days before you should close, maybe more.

Go get the Mobile Home University Due Diligence Manual.  It's the most comprehensive guide to buying an MHP smartly, and is authored by one of the fastest growing MHP owners in the country - they own like 200 MHP's.
