Advice requested for mobile home
Hi there,
Looking for advice on a 19.5k, 2 bd/ 1 bath mobile home in a park with a lot fee of $550 which includes w/s/g. It's a small park, good location, and we personally know the park owner. Rent could be from 1100-1250/ month and it's ready to go. For our area, 2bed/ 1 bath condos are getting listed at 120k to 180k and sfh are 175k plus. I'd never considered a mobile home before but feel this might be a good deal? Thanks in advance for any insight!
