What is a typical or average property managment company fee for 50+ units park? thank you

10% is a fair average @Andriy Boychuk, but it really varies on # pads and services offered as mentioned (e.g. do they handle coordinating repairs for a Park with 100% POH's for example - that's a lot of work!).
I am curious how you're shaping your offer just out of sheer curiosity, and how you will fund the turnaround to make it worth your while.
