Hello I own a small mobile home court (24 lots) am looking for some advice on how to fill 7 empty lots. I already own 5 homes and rent them 11 lots are rented . The five home I own are cash flowing 175 mos. each I just hate to keep borrowing money to buy more rentals. Thanks Chuck

Hi Chuck/John,

Reach out to the Wounded Warriors Project and Zero2016 veteran programs for both homes and tenants/owners.  Check in a major city... Wichita??... for these offices...also, I have received homes donated through religious organizations...my business plan is to fill the park with homeless veterans
