Where to invest in Mobile Homes???
My husband and I are looking to flipping mobile homes, re-selling them, and doing owner financing. We live in Southern California, which is expensive even for mobile homes, so we're looking to invest out of state. Any suggestions on how to research different states and cities to figure out where we should start investing in mobile homes??
