About to lose my RV/Camper Need to Place it somewhere to rent out

So i was able to get a pull behind camper for almost nothing and my intentions were to rent it out. Unfortunately we do not own our current residence and cannot place it here. We secured 2-3 spots upon buying that we thought could potentially work. Long story short .. they all fell through.

I now am worrying daily as i try to move it around every week or so to avoid it getting ticketed or towed. I have posted several CL ads in regards to what we will pay to rent out a lot and most establishments frown on non owner occupants and everyone else seems to not get the point on making some income off of their unused back lot. We have even offered that the land owner screen and choose a tenant at their discretion. Even a mo to mo or 2-3 mo rental on almost any un-used property would help gain the time to secure more stable location. .

BTW my desired cash flow off of this 25 ft studio camper is only $200-$400 Net total. so any rental fees and location that warrant this are fine.

Also trailer does need about 1 mo worth of rehab once a location is found.

Any advice please help

Location: Torrance CA

Will use compost toilet if no grey water disposal.

Will be converted to off grid solar.
