Looking to start investing in Mobile Homes in San Antonio TX

hello, 

I am looking to begin investing in mobile homes in San Antonio TX. I would like to buy seller carried-note mobile homes and rent them or wrap them. I am not very familiar with the rental ranges and purchase/sale prices of mobile homes. I understand that this is a wide range but any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also, i understand some parks wont let you do this. Any suggestions on which parks are investor friendly in San Antonio?

I have several mobile homes i have owner financed and would sell the paper if your interested. I also have 3 mobile home parks in the san antonio area and would be willing to sell you some mobile homrs owner finance and will allow you to rent it out or do a wrap. PM me for details.
