Big Mobile Home Investment
I was recommended to this opportunity in Louisiana (Jefferson Parrish to be exact), to buy some of there mobile homes the gov't is selling brand new for $18,500. They currently have hundreds in stock from what I was told. They are mobile homes the manufactures are making as apart of the original deal made with the gov't. Because there are so many and not enough storage they are attempting to sell them as they come to completetion. The homes are 2006 14ftx68ft Dynasty models that includes everthing inside.
