I have questions about manufactured homes.

So i am looking into a piece of land near my home. I thought about taking an acre of it and putting 2 double-wides on it. I was just curious if anyone out there had experience with these because I'm concerned about depreciation. The double-wides would be rentals, keeping one to use as an air b and b. The numbers work out to where if i only put one on the lot it' would pay for both and the land cleanly. Please let me know what you think.

-Thank You

A lot of it depends on whether there are utilities there. We moved a manufactured home once onto a permanent site. It was a pain, but it's certainly doable. AirBnB might be tough with a manufactured unless it's a really nice spot though.
