Mobile Home Park advice needed!
Hi, newbie here. I see a property with 6 spots that are all occupied for $155000. All the mobile homes are owned by the tenants. I’m asking seller for info on rent amount, if metered separately or together, if seller pays any utility like water. Any other questions to ask? The property appraisal for the land is $60k. I wanted something small to start off with and it’s only 45 mins from my house. Thank you!!
