Local Broker Specializing in Mobile Home Parks
I’m looking to invest in Mobile Home Parks, and I’ve heard that there are many parks for sell that are not publicly listed, because for whatever reason the owner does not want it to be know they’re looking to sell. However, these listing are held solely by a local broker and called, “pocket listings”. My question is how do I find brokers in my local area that specialize in Mobile Home Parks, and have these, “pocket listings?
