Mobile home flipping

Looking into mobile home flipping. However, my partner thinks it is a bad idea because of the homes being on “rented land”. Is this a problem? If so, What other things are red flags in flipping mobile homes?

Any insight would be great! Thanks.

@Jeremiah Struble It's different for everyone. Some will say "yes" and others will say "no." What it boils down to is being able to build and maintain relationships with the people who own the "rented land." If you can do that, it can be very profitable. Either way, building a business and achieving success takes time. It won't happen overnight. Best of luck!
