@Nacho Orta It's best to make sure all the systems are working before they move in. Some items to check include: electrical, gas plumbing, heating and air conditioning, floor, roof and anything to make the mobile home habitable and functional.
Once the home is ready to move in, then you can start to market the mobile home. Depending on where the home is located, you may want to enlist the help of park managers and mobile home dealerships to send potential applicants your way.
