I'm new. Shout out to tri cities / Kingsport TN team.
I'm new on here. I am going to start flipping homes soon as soon as I can move my double wide that I flipped onto non rented land. I live in Kingsport TN and I was trying to find advice on doing so. I bought the double wide for $20,000. I have $18,000 into it to move it rehab and to put new windows and a new HVAC unit in. Any help will be appreciated. I am open to anything . Thanks.
