Mobile home park- should I sell

Kelly Cook
Posted

I own a 10 space MHP in CA. I’m thinking of selling it bc it’s a bit too far from where I live & needs a bit of work. Should I sell?

Warren Buffett says you should only sell a property when someone offers you more than you'd pay for it. It's a good theory to live by. Figure out what that price is and put it on the market. If you get it, sell. All real estate should be on the market 24/7 in this manner. Until you get that price, keep operating it.
