Hi everyone my name's Alex and I'm looking to buy my first MHP sometime this year. At the moment I'm working on getting approved for a loan. I'm also trying to learn as much as possible at the moment. My question for everyone is how hard is it to get tenants on a rent to own agreement if they aren't already.
