Need Help finding financing for small Commercial real estate loan
Trying to find lenders for smaller real estate properties to build my portfolio went to my local bank to try to acquire a $40,000 loan wouldn't give me the loan said the amount was too small. Bought my first duplex about two years ago which I live on the top part of the duplex and I have a toilet pay me rent on the bottom half just looking to start acquiring more properties any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
