Making Offers - Help

I'm needing to adjust how I make offers. The posts, blogs and articles on BP have been a great help.

Question is: If I know I can offer up to 80% or so max on a property, how much are you offering for an initial offer to help it get the seller's attention?

You can do it Stephanie!! My mentor always tell me to keep trying and keep my cool. Sometime the seller needs sometime to realize their expectation is not reasonable and it's okay to contact us at that time :)
