Interested in Start House Hacking

Pierre Beckford
Posted

I currently live in Columbus, Ohio and i would like to get into buying and renting houses. I used the VA loan to buy a Condo that i thought about renting but the HOA and Mortage seems alittle to high to rent at a reasonable amount. I am looking for other avenues to venture into to house hack. Does anyone know any other methods or ideas.

Replied

Sell the condo and buy a SFH, duplex, or triplex instead.

HOA's and cash-flow don't go together very well.
