Who should handle your taxes for your real estate investment?

Pier Di Giorgio
Posted

Dear fellow real estate investors, my name is Pier and I am located in Miami, FL. I own 4 rental properties and I do everything myself from listing, managing tenants and purchasing. I like to buy and hold.

Do you recommend hiring a regular CPA or should I find a CPA that specializes in real estate investments?

Thanks,

Pier

@Pier Di Giorgio you ask what is the best way to find a good CPA, do a quick search here on BP, the question has been asked hundreds of times, and there are about 20 or so very qualified CPAs that are active on this site like @Daniel Hyman @Michael Plaks @Ashish Acharya @Nicholas Aiola and Bassit who wrote above, just to mention a few
