Does anybody have experience buying Rausch Coleman homes as investment properties, either long term or short term rentals?

My wife and I are looking to buy our first rental, she would like to use it for AirBnB. I have heard mixed reviews about RC, but they are priced better than most other homes in the market. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thank you.
