Will you lend me money on a free and clear land lot?
I am in need of capital for a fix and flip project that I am working on.
I have a separate lot that I own free and clear.
Its been a hassle trying to get a loan on the lot because there is no structure on it. Am I able to get a loan on the lot to use the money to complete my other project?
Both properties are in Dallas, TX.
