Finding Property Owner

Brandon I Garcia
Posted

I accidentally took a wrong turn earlier this morning and saw a house... yard was a bit high, no curtains so you could see right through, looked empty. I checked on my county's CAD and the address of the owners is listed as the same as the house. Clearly noone lives there though.

Any recommendations on maybe finding the owner's actual information to further reach out?

Hey @Brandon I Garcia

Nice sleuthing thus far, my friend! Next step would be to skip trace their contact info. You can do this through various sites but a simple google search of their full name and zip code should work. Here's a couple other sites to check: white pages, fast people

Hope this helps a bit..please, feel free to reach out anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat!
