Dayton, OH investing market
Does anybody know about the Dayton, OH market? I will be traveling there for work a couple times a month and thought this could be a potential market for me. Anybody have any feedback for me for LTR market? Looking to go with the BRRRR method! Thanks!

Hey Kevin, I am a local real estate investor and agent in Dayton,OH. For LTR, Dayton probably has the best cashflow in the state but you won't get as big of a capital return as you would in Columbus.
