Hi BP, happy new year!
I was curious what people's thoughts are as we begin 2022, it seems that the housing market is not cooling off anytime soon, people are continuing to move out of big cities, remote work/WFH is the current norm for office work, and supply issues are still slowing new construction. I just wanted to pick the community's brains and get an idea of what people predict the upcoming year for housing/construction/rental markets will bring us? Any shifts in approaches or plans/new ideas in how to get the most out of your investments in 2022 etc.?
