Advise on Getting a Real Estate License
I want to get my Real Estate License, but also have a passion for investing in real estate. It is a dream of mine to buy rental properties around the United States. A plus about getting my Real Estate License is having access to the MLS and save on realtor fees when closing on a house. If I get my Real Estate license in Texas does it have any benefit on a cost basis perspective if I bought a home in Flordia?
