The process of buying an off market deal

I have found a seller of an off market deal and now I’m looking for the steps I need to take from here. The seller and I have already agreed upon a number.

It’s a single family home with long term renters. I do plan to keep the current tenants. I will be financing.

I just need to know who I need to get involved and what steps I need to take for the process to move forward.
