Calgary Multi Family / Investor focused Realtor

Hi everyone! I am a RE investor from Toronto and considering relocating the family to Calgary due to my spouse's work requirements.

What are the best neighbourhoods for schools? I am looking to buy a live-in multi-family (3+ units) and wonder if there are such neighbourhoods with these multi families properties?

Alot of the multi family areas in Calgary are in lower end neighborhoods. Some of Southwood is a good, but it all depends on your budget and exactly what you are looking for.

NW and SW are generally "best" for property values and schools and such, but there are lots of good neighborhoods in all quadrants. I've lived in SE, SW, and NW and prefer the NW for access to amenities, traffic, access to the mountains, and parks. But there's a good chance people will tell you that their quadrant is the best, so take it with a grain of salt! (my recommendation included!)

BTW - you will be able to find duplexes in most areas, 3-4 units a little less commonly.
