My colleague @Seth Ciminillo and I will be attending the Best Ever Commercial RE Conference hosted by Joe Fairless here at the end of February. We would love to connect with like-minded multi-family investors in Ohio. We have successfully structured 2 multi-family deals representing over 50+ units.
