Triplex in Auburndale Florida

My partner and I are considering buying a triplex in Auburndale FL.

I was wondering if any of you know the area, and can tell me anything specific about Auburndale. The price is $55k.

We know its about 1 hour from Orlando, (which I know) and about 45 mins from Tampa.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
