Buying a HUD home for cash and presently need $30000 to close the deal only need to borrow money for about 6 months at which time I can take the money out of my 401k thrift account and pay it off. I had the money but had to give to my daughter for my grand daughter college and housing then had to also take money out of my thrift to help her bring her mortgage out of the red because I am a cosigner on the note and because of my job of 25 years it was required to get clearance. So what can I do need some help. Bank is out of question because of my daughter being late on her mortgage. Any Ideas. To raise the $30000
