Rental Prop down payment
Ok, right off sorry if Im asking this on wrong forum, Ive been removed before... Im really trying to figure out where I can find money for a down payment on my next rental. Is there a professional that could check out all of my money sources and see if Im missing something or can get creative with what I have? CPA? or Financial advisor? or another type of professional? I havent yet dove into finding a CPA to do my taxes. Thank You
