Any investors working with Rent To retirement
Hello BP Members, My name is John and I'm fairly new to rental investments. My wife and I live in California and are looking to invest out of state. I found out about Rent To Retire from another BP member and am looking to hear from anyone who has experience working with RTR. I am considering their new builds in Florida, but am looking at other markets as well. Any insight would be appreciated.
