Hi,

My boyfriend and I have 2 rentals in California and we are looking into retiring in Florida. He is 50 and I'm 40. Should we get a piece of land? a mobile home? a SFH to rent until we retire? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

STR is extremely hot right now in Florida, that could be an idea to buy and do STR until you're ready to move here. I am in South Florida, feel free to connect.
