Selling the business
I have a cluster of 5 houses, with 20 bedrooms. This is an off campus student rental investment. I am considering an exit from the business, but not sure how/where it's best to list/market as a package that cannot be split. I have only sold individual properties in the past so I am asking if there may be a better way to list than the usual MLS through a residential realtor.
