Any fix and flippers doing business in New York (Long Island)?

Hi - I'm wondering if there are any fellow BPers who are rehabbing - fixing and flipping in the NY - Long Island area (Nassau or Suffolk counties). Any insights? Recommendation on neighborhoods to explore? I'm looking to educate myself on the current most attractive markets for this strategy and connect with anyone who is currently doing this.
